Qualifications

Ronny holds a B.Proc degree from the University of Pretoria. He is an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.

Work experience

Ronny started his career with Kraljevich Inc and was admitted as an attorney in 1996. From 1996 to 2000 Ronny was employed by Nextcom (the unsuccessful bidder for the third cellular license) as a business analyst. In 2000 Ronny joined Hahn & Hahn and remained there as a partner for 14 years until joining AGM Inc in 2015.

Ronny’s range of expertise includes credit, forensic investigations, commercial transactions and commercial litigation. Ronny has acted for and against various banks in various commercial matters. Ronny has a number of listed clients which he services and sits on a number of boards as non-executive member.
