Qualifications

Mark holds a LLB degree obtained from the University of Pretoria and is an admitted attorney with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.

Work experience

Mark regularly deals with both civil and criminal litigation and has a sound working knowledge and understanding of commercial and consumer collections, commercial law and agreement drafting.
