Work experience
Enslin recently joined the firm as a director and specialises in commercial law, banking law, the law of insolvency (including business rescue) and consumer credit law.
He completed his articles at Bloch Edelstein & Gross and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court on 17 November 1992. He then joined Routledges Attorneys (as it was then known) during November 1997 and practised as a director of that firm for almost 22 years. During his time at Routledges, Enslin represented multi-national companies, local corporates, banks and state-owned entities in litigious matters across a number of sectors.
Enslin completed an advanced course in business rescue practice (Unisa) during 2016, and the graduated cum laude from the advanced course in insolvency litigation and administration practice of the (University of Pretoria) in 2017, putting him in good stead to advise his corporate clients on restructuring and insolvency related issues.
Enslin approaches each matter with the highest standard of work ethic in order to ensure a favourable outcome for his clients. In his spare time, Enslin enjoys flying remote control airplanes and is a member of the Midstream Park Flyers Club.
